We wanted someone who is honest, trustworthy and respectful of our needs and who can speak to is in a way that makes it easy for us to understand all of what is going on behind the scenes so we arent having to question anything. Shawn has been all of that and more.

Shawn has been so awesome to work with thru this whole process. Not only did he come through with what he told us he would but he did it fast and had all the numbers worked out so well that we didn’t have to worry about anything on his end financially. Not only did he secure his word but he also made sure we had a good lender after our first one on the house we were trying to get failed. He kept us educated and informed and even checked in just to make sure we were doing okay. He has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure the whole process ran smooth even with his very professional communication between other realtors, lenders, closing agencies and all other parties involved. If we had a hard time getting a hold of anyone he made it happen. I am SO grateful we had Shawn through all of this process. He even made sure we would be able to close same day on both houses which was a blessing. He has been so amazing to work with and i HIGHLY recommend him to anyone trying to buy and or sell their home. He is the first person i will call should i ever look to move again. I trust him and greatly appreciate his moral integrity. My family cannot thank him enough for all he has done to help us have a smooth transition from our old home to our new home. Shawn Wright is a professional in every sense of the word. His knowledge of the market was spot on.

In addition to his knowledge, the biggest thing was his patience with me. I don't sell real estate on a regular basis. Plus I was selling my parents' home of over 50 years, so there was that thrown into the mix. He walked me through every step and explained it so that even I could understand where we were going.
