As a first-time homebuyer, Jeff made the process as easy as it could be with his responsiveness, attentiveness, and willingness to answer any and all of my questions. Jeff encouraged me to drive by any prospective houses before booking a private showing as you can often eliminate options just by seeing the exterior and surrounding areas in-person (which I also highly recommend). During one of these Sunday afternoons where I was driving around to scope out houses I had seen online, I stopped by an open house. After finding out that the offer deadline was the next day at noon, I promptly crossed the house out of my mind as that short timeline just seemed unfeasible.
