Jeff was very much engaged with me during my transactions of selling my existing condo and purchasing my new unit. He traveled with me around central Massachusetts to look at condo unit, and showed lots of patients with me, when I got lost. He was available by phone for any questions or concerns I had. He made passing papers easy, by working well with the mortgage lender and the lawyer.

Working with Jeff to sell my home was an outstanding experience from start to finish. My sale involved a relatively uncommon VA home loan assumption, which added a level of complexity beyond a typical real estate transaction. Jeff handled every step with professionalism, confidence, and exceptional attention to detail.

His ability to keep all parties informed and communicating effectively was instrumental in ensuring the transaction moved forward smoothly. He was always available to answer questions, coordinate between everyone involved, and proactively address issues before they became problems.

One aspect I especially appreciated was his negotiation strategy. Jeff secured an agreement that protected my interests by requiring the buyers to proceed with a traditional mortgage if the VA assumption ultimately fell through. Jeff stuck with us for 6 months before we found our first house, through the whole thing he was always available to ask questions or talk about a perspective house via text, and very flexible when it comes to meeting at a tour. Answered any and all questions if he knew the answer, and found out, if he didn’t know. Hopefully we don’t have to but if we need to move again, we’ll be looking for him!
