Spencer was recommended from friends who used him and had great experiences. My family members then used him, and then my wife and I used him. We were in it for the long haul, very patient buyers. He gave us all the space we needed without hounding and pressuring us.
Everything was great from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for things when looking at a property. He went above and beyond for us.
He's quick to respond to you, offers suggestions and ideas that untimely led to us being able to get our home. He has a lot of answers to your questions, and if he doesn't, he gets those answers asap. Very responsive and put our needs first, not his desire to land a sale.
