Spencer is a gem! From the start, his deep knowledge of the market and attention to detail when we were looking at properties blew us away. Spencer’s approachable, funny, and yet always professional—he truly made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Spencer was recommended from friends who used him and had great experiences. My family members then used him, and then my wife and I used him. We were in it for the long haul, very patient buyers. He gave us all the space we needed without hounding and pressuring us.
Everything was great from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a great eye for things when looking at a property. He went above and beyond for us.
He's quick to respond to you, offers suggestions and ideas that untimely led to us being able to get our home. He has a lot of answers to your questions, and if he doesn't, he gets those answers asap. Very responsive and put our needs first, not his desire to land a sale.
We would highly recommend Spencer, (and do to anyone that's asked us) for any real estate matters.

I met Spencer through one of his other endeavors- as building manager for my apartment. I found him to be a responsive and helpful manager. I was very happy with his work, but I didn't really know anything about him other than that. One day, a "for sale" sign appeared outside of the building next-door with Spencer's name on it. Can't forget a name like that.
I asked Spencer lots of questions and even though I wasn't ready to buy, he took the time to talk about what purchasing a home would look like. Over time, I decided I wanted to invest as an owner-occupier of a multi family home in the area. When I was ready to shop, Spencer outdid himself. He worked with my schedule and I saw multiple properties. As we looked at different buildings, Spencer was able to help me focus in on what I truly wanted in a home as well as what I could afford. I learned so much! With Spencer's continued support and encouragement, I found a great 3-decker. He is a wonderful realtor - and also a new friend!
