I am a former Air Force Captain, and a Department of the Army Civilian (DAC) employee in Europe. I have purchased two properties in Germany, a sports bar with adjoining apartments and a private home. In America, I have purchased three homes in Maryland, a home in Georgia and a home in Salado, Texas.

I have worked with many fine Real Estate professionals, but none nearly as hard working and dedicated as So Yong. Each time I needed assistance or clarification on an issue, So Yong was readily available, returned my phone call within minutes and enthusiastically provided me with a degree of professionalism, knowledge and ambition that is hard to come by in today’s Real Estate market.

I have never worked with a Real Estate professional who embodies the work ethic and the dedication to her clients than So Yong does. I recommend that she be promoted to positions that reward her knowledge, hard work, and dedication to her clients as well as to the Real Estate enterprise as soon as practicable.

A friend of ours who recently moved gave a glowing recommendation of So Yong, so we gave her a call. She was bright, friendly and energetic and certainly lived up to the recommendation given. She stuck with it and was there through the entire process. We would highly recommend her services to anyone.

It cannot be overstated how helpful So Yong was in the home buying process. Her knowledge of the area, combined with her ability to work with people made the process completely stress free.

We absolutely loved working with So Yong. She's got a great personality, is very knowledgeable about the market, was ALWAYS available to us when we needed her, and honestly felt like a friend. We had family members who were buying at the same time we were and they were jealous of the experience we were having and it was all thanks to So Yong!

So Yong is an amazing realtor whose top priority is the happiness of her clients. She is hardworking and goes over and beyond to make things happen. I would definitely refer family and friends to her for their real estate needs.

I was searching for a house remotely from out of state, and so I heavily depended on So Yung. She understood exactly what sort of house I was seeking, as every listing she suggested met my expectation- Her level of dedication is unmatched compared to my previous realtors. She also looked out for what would serve me best. So Yong Yu went above and beyond in every aspect of the deal, even when it wasn't asked of her. Her knowledge of the market and the area was so personal that I became accustomed to the area before moving. She wasn't just a realtor, but also my guide. So Yung Yu is a top notch real estate agent and I look forward to doing future business with her. I cannot recommend her enough.
