So Yong is amazing all around. Extremely knowledgeable about local services. Very patient and takes the buyers needs first. We were about to give up on buying a home and sign a lease instead but So Yong knew the right people and the right places to get us an amazing place that was well within our budget.

So Yong Yu was amazing to work with. She helped our family find and buy our first home, during an extremely stressful PCS. She was able to come alongside us and understand what we were needing. She set up walkthroughs very quickly, and helped us navigate all the stages, taking time to succinctly and clearly explain what the steps were, where we were, and what to expect next. She checked on us frequently, and kept on top of all parties within the parameters of her position to help us finalize and close on our choice as quickly as possible. Even after the deal was done she has continued to make herself aware, and check on how we are settling.
Appreciate her very much, and would absolutely recommend her to another family, no hesitation.

So Yong is the only Realtor we had, and she was great. Even though there is no one else to compare her to, we hear the horror stories from our family members who purchased homes in the past and currently and we are thankful we had her. She did everything in her power to make us feel comfortable as we were not local during the home buying process. As a service member I have a hard time trusting when I cannot see, but my spouse continued to keep me confident in this process and So Yong was awesome regardless of some days not being as good as others, she stayed positive. Thank you so much So Yong, and we already recommended her to our family. We will always recommend her to anyone we know that comes to Killeen, Fort Hood, and the surrounding areas.

So Yong went above board in locating a home site unseen up through the final walkthrough which was our first in person meeting. Sale has closed and she is still offering assistance in ways I would not expect. She is a one in a million realtor.
