I could go on for hours about how much I love Sonya. She was there for every little question we had even at the craziest of hours. She made us feel like we were life long friends, gave us the best advice (and honest opinion) and even gave us a gift when we FINALLY found and purchased our now home after 4 months of searching.

Words can’t explain enough how amazing Sonya is. I was going through this home buying process for the first time and she was so incredibly patient throughout the journey. She pushed for my closing to happen and went above and beyond making calls and sending emails that my lender should have been doing. I cannot say enough good things about Sonya. I have a very difficult schedule and she was always able to make it work. When an issue occurred with a leak at the house, she made sure to stop by and make sure things were progressing and correctly being done as well. She was able to voice to the contractors when things weren’t just right. While searching for a home she was able to give other alternative areas with similar qualities within my budget. While she is not only very professional and easy to work with she is also a joy to be around.
