Steph Tornow

Steph Tornow is fantastic. We cannot recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly attentive and hard-working on our behalf, friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about the whole home-buying/selling process. She has made us feel secure and cared for and I wouldn't want to buy or sell another home with anyone else ever again.

Steph is very professional and thinking from my perspective. She always responded with my emails and messages very promptly and answered my questions in such a informative way that I was very appreciated. She helped me negotiated with the sellers and bought few properties very smoothly and successfully. I can fully trust her and expect to have more business with her as my agent in the future.

Steph was great to work with when we bought our new house! She provided us with lots of great houses to look at and was very helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions or problems. Steph both sold our house and found us a great new house. Our house went up for sale on a Wednesday and was sold by Saturday. Than right in the middle of the whole process on a Saturday morning our buyer backed out of deal and Steph was able to keep us from freaking out and contacted other parties who had showed interest and we had a new buyer by Sunday afternoon. She took care of all the changes/paperwork this caused with both transitions, old house and new house which greatly reduced our stress. We love our new house and cannot thank her enough.
