Stephanie was extremely personable & made me feel very comfortable while we searched for my perfect home. This was the first time I had a bought a home & she took so much time to explain everything too me & she always was there to answer my questions. She responded back very quick every time. I will use her again! Not only did I find someone I trusted but I now have a great friend!

Going through life changes, And having to make difficult decisions was tough for me, Although Stephanie was my agent and help me through the process of selling it she also took the time to listen to my concerns and needs for the upcoming sale of my house. Stephanie was readily available anytime during the day and was prompt and letting me know when showings are going to be taking place. Stephanie was not pushy when it came to what I wanted in contract Negotiations but Gave advice on what she thought was reasonable. I appreciate all that Stephanie done for me I would definitely use her for future housing endeavors I highly recommend her.

We just love her, Stephanie help our youngest daughter to purchase her 1st home, daughter lived 890 miles away. She help so much that my daughter didn't have to drive a lot until closing on the house, she had to get into somebody butt to have the date and time set for my daughter.she a lot shel us out tremendously.

Today it is rare to find a person with such incredible integrity, and I am beyond grateful that we did find her. She took the time to understand our needs, no matter how big or small, and helped guide us through every step of the process of buying a home.
Our home buying process as active duty military can, at times, be difficult and even burdensome, but she never faltered. We started the home buying process with her while we were stationed overseas. Through all of her communications, never once forgetting to answer an email, or a question and always respectful of the time difference, Ms. Dixon earned our respect and trust, which made the scary thought of buying a home "sight unseen", such an easy and smooth process.

I met with 5 in total perspective agents for the sale of my property. I met with her first & Stephanie was selected for a laundry list of reasons. Punctual for appointments & communicative when differentiations arose. Accessible. Knowledgeable yet honest enough to say I'm not totally sure so let me find out definitively, does that exactly & relays information. 3 agents put a low-ball anchor price on my property. I live out of state in SC the property would've sold that day for the price given & the price it sold for they'd actually had to do work. Stephanie chose the road paved with integrity & honesty & set a fair price (still sold in under a week). I heard vacuous bombastic bloviating from other agents not from Stephanie. Professional, realistic, normal, honest, real & deftly fastidious in her field. If I owned Casino Beach, I'd let her sale it a grain of sand at a time! I'm not family, never met her, nor did I know her prior she just deserves the verbal acknowledgement full stop.
