Stephanie has experience bothin the real estate side and the financial side of the transaction. Her quick reposnse sand her ability to navigate the documents and inquiries was appreciated. She is a professional who stands by her word and more concerned about your best interest than in making a commission. It's rare to find someone that has integrity in the real estate market. We were vert fortunate to have found her.

Stephanie was so wonderful throughout the process and made sure we stayed informed at every step. This was the first home we have bought and honestly having an agent like Stephanie made this process so smooth and she made sure we always had all of questions answered.

Stephanie was extremely personable & made me feel very comfortable while we searched for my perfect home. This was the first time I had a bought a home & she took so much time to explain everything too me & she always was there to answer my questions. She responded back very quick every time. I will use her again! Not only did I find someone I trusted but I now have a great friend!

Going through life changes, And having to make difficult decisions was tough for me, Although Stephanie was my agent and help me through the process of selling it she also took the time to listen to my concerns and needs for the upcoming sale of my house. Stephanie was readily available anytime during the day and was prompt and letting me know when showings are going to be taking place. Stephanie was not pushy when it came to what I wanted in contract Negotiations but Gave advice on what she thought was reasonable.
