Stephanie is a great real estate agent. She helped us buy a home several years ago & we trusted her so much that we recently asked if she would help us sell our home. She patiently guided us through the entire sales process including the photos, listing, open houses, offers, inspections, etc. Stephanie goes above & beyond what you would normally expect from a real estate agent & we believe her expertise helped us sell & close on the sale of our home in a short amount of time.

Where do I begin? I met Stephanie almost 2 YEARS before I could sell my condo - I had renters through April 2023. I had a horrible experience with the first realtor I met with from another agency who was condescending, pushy, obnoxious, and rude. He proceeded to send me a video text AND email every day to 'check in' and wish me a happy day. Stephanie promised she wouldn't bug me - and she's a woman of her word! She simply texted a few lines every few months to check if renter status had changed and to see if I had questions (and I DID every time!). She became my 'go to' for anything I was unsure of. I can't remember a time that she didn't pick up my call on the first ring or text back within seconds! I live out of state but would let her know when I would be in LA and she would always offer to come over to review any questions I had. I had signed no contracts at this point, so she was spending personal time to hold my hand through the whole process. I can't even express how grateful I am to both Stephanie and her family for everything they did for me. From photography to advice on painters, cleaners, where to spend money to prepare the condo for sale and where not to. The list goes on and on.
Stephanie led me through some pretty trying tenant issues that I could never have navigated without her. She wrote an amazing description of my condo which landed a call for a viewing 20 minutes after the listing was live AND she had it sold in 21 days for an amazing price. YES! You read that correctly!
I ended up in a real bind when I flew to LA to rent a van, pick up remaining items in storage, and drive back home and her husband literally returned my Spectrum equipment for me! WHO DOES THAT?! By that time, the condo was sold and she could have dropped me like the done deal that I was. But I didn't hesitate to ask - they are just such a stellar family to know much less be fortunate enough to work with.
I can say with every inch of my being that I was under a lucky star when I met Stephanie and I'll forever be in her debt!

Well what can I say about Stephanie. She is one of the hardest working person that I have had ever had the pleasure of meeting. She assured me on a constant basis that she would do what ever it takes to get the best results to get the job done. Stephanie went above and beyond of what any realtor would do. She is the best. Not only did she get me the dollar amount that I needed. She has become a good friend. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a true professional realtor because she gets the job done from beginning to end.
