I'm Stephany Oliveros, and I have lived in Chicago for over 20 years. I hold a bachelor’s degree in economics and possess a solid background in finance, which enables me to effectively communicate complicated data. I find great satisfaction in educating clients on creating wealth through investment properties and building equity in their homes. With over 880 successful transactions and $150 million in sales, I have received glowing reviews and numerous industry accolades. I consistently rank among the top 1% of Chicago Realtors. Recently, I was recognized by Crain's Chicago Business as a 2021 Notable Real Estate Broker and made it onto Chicago Magazine's 2021 Top Real Estate Agent list. I am devoted to giving back to the real estate industry, serving as a leader in the Chicago chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and dedicating my time to the Chicago Association of Realtors. Additionally, I am involved in the annual fundraising efforts for DePaul USA's Dax Program, which focuses on breaking the cycle of homelessness in Chicago.
