Where do I begin? I met Stephany 21 years ago when she was my realtor, helping me find my first home as a relatively recent college graduate, who lived with my parents for a few years post graduation to save and purchase a home. We toured many places and she ultimately proactively found and introduced me to a condo unit in Edgewater and it was love at first sight. Stephany knew it would be the best fit and it was. I lived there for 7 wonderful years and had moved out only after having gotten married and wanting to grow our family in a larger home. We rented our Edgewater unit and she consistently guided us through the process of renting with ease and confidence. After our latest tenants (a wonderful couple who had gotten married) expressed interest in purchasing our home, Stephany helped to sell our condo. It was bittersweet as it became full circle.
