Susan was excellent from the first time I called her while living in Michigan. I made the transition to Florida about a month later and she had set up all the appointments including a great reference package of homes I requested including some she thought would be a good fit. Overall an AMAZING JOB!! The last house we looked at was a home she requested, happened to be just the home we were looking for. Within a month the house was closed and we were moved in. Working with Susan was such a pleasure. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Right after I signed the contract she had an open house planned for the following weekend . My house was sold within twelve days, which I was not expecting, but was very happy with to say the least! She gave me recommendations for an estate liquidator, an electrician, and someone to clean the house at the end and everyone she recommended was great. The whole transition from beginning to end was flawless. Susan with call you with every update along the way, you are never in the dark.
