Wow, where to start?! Well first off Terra came highly recommended from virtually everyone that has worked with her. Her reputation was established far before I utilized her services and it definitely was demonstrated through the whole process. Terra wasn’t pushy in anyway and always laid out all the options in a manner that made choosing my home very calming. She was quick to respond. Didn’t matter what time it was. I once text messaged her after midnight and was responded to immediately. She had an engine that never wore down as she was always constantly working to find the right home for me. When she did find that home, she made sure to scrape every dollar, every concession, and every possible benefit she could on my behalf. There was nothing left in a gray area and everything was so detailed in her approach. I don’t think I could retain anyone else but Terra ok the future. We chose Terra Shoaf as our realtor when we recently sold a rental property we have owned for many years. She helped evaluate the property, made recommendations on repair companies to remedy any issues found, and did a great job of pricing and marketing the property. Once an offer was received and accepted, we were kept informed of the progress towards closing. Finally, at closing, Terra met us at the office for the signing and stayed to talk with us afterwards.
