Tessa is a ROCKSTAR!! As out of state buyers, we could not be more satisfied with Tessa. We did out entire house hunt virtually which presents many challenges. Tessa sent us new listings frequently and promptly retrieved information on any homes we were interested in. Tessa went to our now home and took videos and formed a relationship with the listing agent which I truly believe helped our offer be accepted when there were other offers on the table. After our offer was accepted, she was our eyes and ears since we could not be there in person. Tessa did walk-throughs and setup and worked with inspectors all while FaceTiming us 1,000 miles away. Tessa is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, and just wonderful all around. They say buying a home is one of the most stressful life events, but Tessa truthfully took away any and all stress we had. She went above and beyond and we HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in or out of state.
