We searched for 10 years to find our retirement home. In working with Tom at Realty Pros, we were able to find our Florida home within 2 months of looking. We looked at a few homes when we were down there. We live in Michigan. He paid attention and knew exactly what we did or did not like about the homes we were shown. Tom looked at homes for us after we flew back to Michigan and he is the most honest realtor we have ever worked with. He would let us know that it isn't the one or it's nice, but I think if you wait the "one" will come up. He wasn't selling us a house; to sell us a house, he wanted to find us exactly what we wanted and took extreme pride in doing that. He promised us he would find the one and he was right. He made sure it was the area we wanted, the garage, the yard and the space for guests. It checked all the boxes and told us this was the one. We put in an offer without even coming to see it. He knew what we wanted and we trusted him. The offer, purchase and closing went seamlessly, even living states away. He was our realtor, who is now our Florida friend. There is not a time that we come to Florida without spending time with Tom and his amazing family.
