Tia here—I'm currently sitting on the front porch at my house in the country in the heart of Brunswick County. I am a Realtor, bonus mom, and dog mom to my obnoxious lab, Pancho!!

Those that know me will tell you that I LOVE my coffee and sweet tea!! I’m addicted to farm house decor, camo clothing, high heels, and the outdoors! I love to help others, and particularly enjoy assisting the younger generation in goal setting and career planning! I mentor and life coach those open to receiving assistance with business and life planning.

My favorite days are days spent with the hubs and the kids on the water or in the woods, anywhere we are all together enjoying the outdoors. I’m very passionate about educating people about real estate and there is nothing that I love more than the friendships that form over contracts and closings!
