Northwest had 1 new listings and 4 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—down 20.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
Of those 12 active listings, 41.67% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Northwest fell 0.78% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $360,000. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to fall.
