Tom is absolutely amazing.
This was my first time selling a home, so I was completely new to the experience; there's a lot involved and it can be extremely stressful. To say the least...it was a smooth process; despite the obstacles that come with selling. Walking us through the process, helping us with pricing and negotiation, and preparing our home to go on the market. I didn't have to worry about anything: emergencies, moving, junk removal, a lawyer...Tom was always ready and willing to provide resources to me, without me really having to ask. If I even hinted at needing help - he was ready with a solution or a hand. There wasn't one moment during the process where I felt I wasn't his priority. He would even randomly call just to check-in and remind us that he was here. I appreciate you Tom, you're personable and very understanding - I almost feel like I have a friend in you (is that OK to say? - we're buddies now! lol). Thanks a MILLION!!!!!

As a first time home buyer I knew nothing about the process.
Tom came right in and brought me up to speed on everything I needed to know. His knowledge and expertise in his field helped me feel very comfortable and not as overwhelmed in what is a very daunting task. He is well read, and we’ll versed on the real estate market. Our New England market is flooded with agents so it’s important you find one like Tom. I’ll tell you what Tom DID NOT do. He did not make us feel pressured to buy anything we weren’t satisfied with. Instead, he stayed patient with us and continued to provide options that best suited our needs. He did not lose sight of the bigger picture throughout the process. Instead, he kept the rhythm going even when we could not come to agreements with some sellers. He did not waste our time. He was on time to every showing, brought energy, and had vast knowledge of the property we were looking at that day. He did not set unrealistic expectations.
