We would like to share our wonderful experience with our ELP from Dave Ramsey during our house selling procedure in Saginaw Michigan in July 2020. I have chosen TOM WEBB from Century 21 as my Relator after interviewing three Proposed ELP agents by Dave Ramsey as we were in the market first time to sell our house in our life.
Out of all three agents, we can proudly say TOM WEBB Stands well ahead in his professional approach, his well-prepared market study and analysis, and presentation on my house during the first day of the interview. His courteous approach with his Master's degree and previous review and other agent’s unprofessional approach and lack of preparation and lack of market study made us choose him as our agent and TOM proved that we were 101% right in our decision in picking him as our agent.
As Dave Ramsey says the ultimate peace is Jesus Christ, we had the full trust in God.
TOM WEBB put our house in the market on a Sunday and SOLD OUR HOUSE on Thursday (Which is 5th day from the posting date) for FULL PRICE. The full price was a minimum of $10000 more than what we expected as our selling price. Everything went very well and smoothly and we closed the house on the proposed day without any hassle.

Tom's associate Melissa was a wonderful agent. I feel as a first time home owner, I really lucked out having her as my agent. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns (I had quite a lot of them) beyond my satisfaction. She was even able to answer questions that wasn't exactly in her job description, which took a lot of stress out of the home buying process. She also had expert knowledge of the area and always looked out for our best interest.

Tom is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. From the initial interest, all the way to closing, Tom demonstrated his experience and knowledge through all steps that were made. Tom’s connections to local banks guaranteed I was able to secure good financing for my home purchase. Myself and Tom toured several properties and I appreciated the fact that Tom would notice potential issues with the houses we looked at and explain what would have to be done to fix those issues. Tom ended up helping me get a great deal on my first home and I would absolutely use him again. Highly recommend!

We really had a strange set of requests that Tom Webb worked with us on. Being first home buyers and working with the oddities of our credit union, Tom continued to make the calls, send the documents, and drive away from his own office area to help us out. He will be our go-to from here on out.

Tom was excellent. He was quick, polite, and knowledgeable. He worked hard to make our dream of homeownership come true. We will definitely be spreading the word.
