Alma’s rolling three-month housing data shows notable shifts compared with a year ago. Typical home values are down around 9 percent year over year, while the median list price is lower by about 7 percent. At the same time, homes sold are up more than 20 percent and active listings have climbed by about 31 percent, reflecting a busier market with more choices.
