My husband and I were relocating due to his work. There were a lot of stressful changes going on and timing was critical. Tom was excellent! Not only did he advertise our property heavily and get us a quick sale, he responded to all of our questions quickly and was proactive in keeping in contact with us during the entire selling process. Tom gave us piece of mind so we could focus on other things. I can't recommend him enough!

Good job would use him again if I was in the area

An "ABOVE EXCELLENT" column is needed for THIS MAN! ~ I myself have been dealing with cancer surgeries and an automobile accident in the months of May &June. Came home from the hospital in July. No worries, thanks to Mr.Webb! They even met me here on the day I came home from in-patient rehab, to sign closing papers. So thoughtful!!!!

Not a better agent out there! Mr. Webb is an outstanding, thourough and out-of-my-way... "NO PROBLEM" kind of guy! He was very professional in one instance in particular ---Handling PSYCHO neighbor's who thought they could CON and BULLY Century 21 into selling his house for $15,000. Mr. Webb handled an "uncalled for" abrasive Voicemail from such people involving the life-long neighbor and friend accidentally putting grass clippings on their property, in the woods, after mowing for the Esate. VERY PROFESSIONAL....even in the outcome of parent's not being raised right, acting like bullies and children. ~~~ A volitial situation If I had to deal with them!!! Mr. Webb's super-hero cape is tucked in his dress clothes.... SOMEWHERE! LOL

I can't say enough wonderful things about Mr. Webb!!! ~ When I am n my feet, literally, we are taking him out to eat !

Tom Webb is a very intelligent individual and extremely capable. He is particularly wonderful with negotiating and his people skills, including manners are impeccable. He is kind and went over and above what and agent needed to do to help me move. Including meeting the moving truck etc. checking on my house, getting companies over to the home to estimate repairs. He really is just a great realtor and a wonderful human being!

Tom Webb was very helpful in the buying and selling of two homes. He is knowledgeable of the area and market, understanding, attentive and communicates well. He made the home buying and selling process easier to understand and listened to our needs. We highly recommend him!

Tom did a fine job in selling our house, and this was after another agent had it listed for 9 months. We had more showings within the first 4 weeks of listing through Tom then we did through several months of the other realtors listing. He is attentive, available at almost any time to answer questions and doesn't make you feel like its a hassle to answer questions.

We are very happy to have worked with Tom Webb on the sale of our property. This can be a really stressful and frustrating process but Tom was very patient with us and understood our concerns. He always was able to answer our questions and kept us informed of the progress. I have already recommended him to others and would gladly work with him again!
