Born and raised in Richmond, VA, Tondra Devarel has deep roots in the community. She has been part of the Richmond Association of REALTORS family for 15 years and is passionate about helping clients take the next step in their homeownership journey. Her focus on self-improvement, real estate, and education is relentless.
