There are usually major life decisions involved in purchasing or selling a home. I am very conscious of this and make it my mission to understand my clients' situations in order to best serve them and meet their needs.

I have been a licensed agent since 2017 and was investing in real estate several years before that. This time and experience within the business have made me extremely versatile, which enables me to serve a diverse range of clients. I've continued to fully commit to my real estate education. I am coached by the Mike Ferry Organization, which has produced some of the best agents in the country.

My customers and clients deserve this type of professionalism and dedication from someone they trust with one of the biggest—if not THE biggest—financial decisions they will ever make. Additionally, I am a lifelong resident of Central Virginia and have lived and worked in most parts of the Central VA market.

Daniel and his team are fantastic! If you are deciding between Daniel and another realtor, I would highly recommend Daniel. He helped us sell our house in Richmond after we had relocated to Maryland. He managed minor repairs in the house, got it staged, and we had a full price offer just two days after being on the market. Throughout the process, Daniel was always quick to respond to any communications or questions with a thoughtful response (no matter the day or time). We always felt like he was trying to protect our interest and the money we would walk away with after closing. Again, highly, highly recommend him. He will get it done for you.
