Jennifer Patnode is the best! We purchased a home in AZ with her help and I don’t know how we’d have done it without her. Many listings visited together, several she visited for us (while we were out of State). Challenging circumstances…. She went way beyond the call of duty to help us in so many ways. If you’re contemplating purchasing a home from a distance (or local), I can’t recommend Jennifer enough. She’ll be the only realtor we ever work with in this area. We were fortunate to find her - What an absolute experienced, talented and hardworking professional. Also shout out to her Associate Sheryl - Just a wonderful team. Between the two of them, we had total confidence in all dealings, negotiations, home inspections, etc, etc, etc. Hire them and never look back!

Jennifer was a find! Did some online research, found her and called her. She answered and without a pause, knew we had found our person.
