For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $1,055,000 in Los Angeles for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $1,064,250 in June.

Rancho Park had 19 new listings and 10 listings that went under contract in May, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 14—up 40.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in June.

The median listing price for homes in Rancho Park fell 8.57% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $1,600,000. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to fall.

The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
