We were in peak of hot market in 2020/21 and JR came through when our previous real estate agent was too busy to cater to the numerous requests we had. We loved how JR was ON TOP of our wild requests and put in offers quickly and kindly. He got us in escrow and we were close to closing. We ended up falling out of escrow because of a personal issue. JR is a God sent blessing to our family.
