Mistletoe’s rolling three-month snapshot through June 2026 shows prices pushing higher while listing activity eases. The typical home value climbed month over month by about 6 percent to roughly $330,000, and the median list price jumped nearly 18 percent to about $395,000. At the same time, active listings dropped more than a third from the prior period, with only seven homes available, and new listings slipped as well.
