Pamela, was very understanding to our unique situation. She had previously assisted us numerous times in trying to find the right home that we were looking for and we were very picky in what we wanted in a home. We were up and down and all over the place and we still could not make a decision. I would have written us off a long time ago but Pamela didn't, she was very patient with my wife and I. She kept looking and providing options for both of us to examine. She was extremely helpful, courteous and very professional. My wife and I would definitely work with Pamela again.

Pam was very patient with us and our needs. She was always available for us and made sure we were always informed about the listings. Pam is awesome to work with and helped us feel no pressure during our home searching. I needed to sell my father's house, but I lived out of state. Pam was friendly and easy to talk to. She was extremely helpful the whole time. She gave good advice on what to do and not to do to sell the house. Basically she was knowledgeable and I felt confident that her advice was right on. If I lived in California I would not hesitate to use her again.

My husband and I wanted to buy a property in Santa Maria. I looked on realtor.com and saw a listing and contacted Pamela. We did not end up purchasing that property, but I was so impressed with how helpful she was that I asked her to help us find our home. We were living in North Carolina at the time, so we needed someone local we could trust. Pamela was VERY available to us and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (her expertise regarding manufactured homes in the area was invaluable).
