Michael Rowan is an exceptional agent & person. I cannot emphasize enough how much I'd recommend him as an agent. He was everything you could hope for as an agent. He set and managed expectations, clearly communicated with us, listened to our feedback, followed up on even the smallest of things, and pushed towards exactly what we asked for. Any hiccups (which were never his fault) we experienced, Michael was on them. He helped us find folks to assist in the process (movers, electrician, lender, etc).
