We're first time home buyers and Mike Rowan was easily the most helpful component of this whole process. He was familiar yet professional and we felt like he was genuinely determined to find us not just any house, but the right one. There were moments where we started to get overwhelmed and he went out of his way to consistently supply us with new options and be accessible for support when we were starting to feel discouraged. Even once we were in escrow he would reach out to us, as well as the sellers if need be, to ensure we understood the documents, were good with how the transaction was going, and that all our contingencies were going to be met. He went above and beyond, was very generous with his time, and we were both satisfied and grateful to have him as our agent.
