Lolli was simply amazing. She arrived professional and prepared. She had already looked at the comparisons in the area and was very knowledgeable with the current market. Lolli knew just what to say when I was getting nervious. She went far beyond my expectations She was very involved with my lendor and the selling agent with my new property in Las Vegas. My buying agent in Las Vegas was less than involved. Lolli stepped up and basically coordinated every aspect of both transactions. Lolli knew that I had a lot going on in my life and with her taking on task that reallly were not her responsibility was a tremendous help. She toatty went the extra miles to make this happen for me. Lolli is the a complete professional while also being personable. She was available 24/7 for any questions we might have.
Also extremely knowledgeable, there wasn't a question I asked (and I asked her many over days, weekends and evenings that
she didn't have the answer to. The house she sold for us belonged to our father who recently passed away. Lolli was caring and helpful
in that regard as well. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I really appreciate that Lolli is insightful she could stop and figure out when we didn't understand something and then explain it. She is straight shooter and gives recommendations and on certain things she would tell us to sleep on it and then get back to us the next day. Selling a home and buying is stressful enough, Lolli and her team of title people made things as painless as possible. Thank-you!

We were amazed at how hard Lolli Evenich worked and how knowledgeable she was regarding the house purchase process and procedures. We felt very secure having her as our agent. She was also very knowledgeable about the market in Petaluma. We were implementing a 1031 exchange, which has a tight schedule, and Lolli was proficient in seeing that we met the deadlines and other 1031 requirements. Lolli was also available just about 24/7 and was very helpful at answering our questions and allaying our concerns.

We would definitely recommend Lolli to anyone purchasing property in Petaluma. She will help make an important and sometimes unsettling undertaking go as easily as possible. It is reassuring to work with her.

Lolli's great. I would recommend her highly to anyone.

Lolli exceeded our expectations in all aspects of our transaction. She was there for us from inspections, staging, negotiations and closing. She went over each offer and made sure we understood which offer was the strongest for us. Her communication and follow through helped us close on a strong offer. We felt so lucky to have had Lolli on our team.

Lolli was wonderful. Really appreciate all the time and effort she spent finding me a home. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart, and never felt pressured to put in offers I wasn't comfortable with. The other way around in fact. She told me NOT to put offers on several homes so it was obvious to me she wasn't just looking to get commission and get rid of me. :)

Among many great qualities, what impressed me the most was how friendly and attentive she was. She frequently checked in on me, clearly laid out each step and expectations along the way, carefully explained various terms and processes (especially around escrow) that confused me, and gave solid advice (like what would make an offer attractive to a seller).

On a personal level this meant a lot to me, and helped keep down my stress levels.

She is very knowledgeable in her field, great at things like comparing a listing price against how the house shows, and explains things in a way that is easy to digest.
