Lolli was by far the best agent we've ever had. Being in the military for 20 years, we've bought and sold 4 properties and this was easily the best experience we've ever had. I'd recommend Lolli to anyone buying or selling in the area. She was always accessible and had answers to all of our questions night and day. She explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure my wife and I were on the same page before proceeding every step of the way. Lolli is extremely professional and has become a close friend and a trustworthy person in my life. My personal experience with her in selling my home this last time was extremely difficult with factors beyond both of our control and she handled it with poise and integrity and she could have walked away at any time but she stuck it out because she cared about me and my children and making sure I was taken care of in the end. She cares about her clients and I trust her judgment implicitly. I would recommend her 100 times over.

We met Lolli when she was asked to "fill in" for another agent. The other agent called her at 11pm on a Friday night, and the next day, she was there to show us houses and answers questions. From the beginning, we appreciated that she was warm and easy to talk to. We switched agents to her right away. She listened well, explained the process to us, and answered all of our questions. We met on a few occasions to look at homes. She communicated with us about her availability and was able to take care of tasks even while on vacation.

Throughout the buying process, she was detail-oriented and protective of us as her clients. She kept track of steps that needed to be done by us and by the escrow agent. Lolli has a great team that she enjoys working with, from her assistant Rachael to the escrow agent Stacy to the property inspector Vinh and numerous others along the way. The buying process went smoothly and we are very happy with our purchase.

Lolli did nothing but take care of us through this entire process! We have bought a house before but it has been a while so we had those first time home buyer scares again. We have been working with her for over ten years to prep to buy correctly and she has always gave us sound advice. She was so wonderful. She explained everything in detail. Took as much time as we needed and made sure what would be expected of us while negotiating the best deal possible on our behalf without being unreasonable. I highly recommend her and believe everyone should use her! My favorite thing she said was " Please let me wear this stress on your behalf. I've got you " and she did! Outstanding!!
