Listing prices are essentially flat compared with last year, even as homes are taking about 7 percent less time to sell. Compared with California overall, Ventura County’s typical sale price sits noticeably higher than the state median of about $747,000, yet both areas share a similar level of supply, near three to four months. Median days on market in Ventura County stands at 49, with just under 30 percent of homes going off market within two weeks, pointing to pockets of faster-moving segments alongside more patient listings.
