For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $334,000 in Bradenton for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $342,750 in August.
Downtown Bradenton had 8 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in July, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 14—up 7.69% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in August.
