I need to make this survey clear. We have been purchasing homes with Laurine for years. Several have been by nothing more than giving her a list of my specifications. I purchased them site unseen from her because she is professional and incredibly accurate with her professional assessments regarding picking property. We would have purchased this current home from her regardless of where she is located. This was a difficult purchase for us because we have never purchased in a gated community with an HOA and she navigated it flawlessly.
We have refered her to family members who have used her and will be utilizing her expertise in real estate again this year for another purchase in Florida. We in fact have another home we are looking at and will only purchase from Laurine wherever she is. We started to pirchase homes from Laurine between 8-9 years ago. All of our purchases were sight unseen. We live in Nebraska and wanted to start making out way south for warmer weather. We spoke extensively to Laurine about exactly what I wanted for a house. We were not willing to compromise. She took the time to do research on the homes. How many people are able to purchase a home at the sole direction of a realtor they had never met before? Laurine is knowledgeable and direct and honest. I feel this speaks to the professionalism of Laurine. I believe this is the 6th house I have purchased from her. We are here just finishing up another purchase and all went flawlessly. I have close relatives who are transitioning her and are using Laurine as their realtor as well.
We will only use Laurine for our home purchases because I know she is more than experienced and has so much knowledge. We plan on another purchase within the next year and Laurine will be our realtor.
