I have never seen a realtor work as hard as Catherine Calix works. She was in touch regularly letting me know about people that were interested. She kept after prospective buyers to encourage them to make an offer. Many of the buyers were difficult to work with making many demands and offering very low prices. Catherine continued to keep a positive attitude throughout the whole process.
I felt like I was in very capable hands and never doubted that Catherine would come through with good buyers. She is professional and she didn't mind holding open houses. Catherine did a great job with the virtual staging, setting a good price and managing every detail. I already recommended her to friends and will continue to do so.
