September’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $385,000—up 76.61% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $404,000 in Seminole County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $396,000 in October.
Chuluota had 3 new listings and 3 listings that went under contract in September, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 4—down 0.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in October.
