On the buying end, Winslow Homes prepared a great list of properties, and were never inconvenienced by our demands to see homes during this process. Once we identified the property that we wanted to purchase, they worked tirelessly to make sure that we got the best deal possible, and that our needs were addressed. I cannot speak highly enough about Ryan and Megan and their professionalism throughout this process. I think you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't meet with Winslow Homes before you commit to a different real estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

As an attorney who deals with real estate on a regular basis I am confident in saying that Megan and Ryan are the best real estate agents that you could hope to work with. My Wife and I used Winslow Homes to sell our home, and help us find a new home for our family. On the sale, Megan and Ryan went far above and beyond the expectation of any real estate agent. They were incredibly professional, had a great presentation and were immediately able to hone in on the market for our house, priced it accordingly and marketed it in a sleek and professional manner. I will confess that we had discussions with other realtors before settling on Winslow Homes, and Winslow Homes simply lapped the competition as far as pricing and marketing were concerned, it was never a question who we would use to sell our house once we had the opportunity to speak to Megan and Ryan.

Ryan and Megan are great realtors, great personality and make the whole process enjoyable. we saw a bunch of houses throughout the experience and they even spent an entire day out of their weekend with us. We were pretty specific on what we wanted, A move in ready 3 bedroom home with a separate office, a decent yard for our son to run around in and space for my expanding brewery and they found us the perfect home in a great neighborhood Ryan fought to get us the best deal on the house and not knowing much about homes or the house buying process I feel like I walked away with a house and an education on the whole process. Also i just want to add we originally had our own mortgage through our bank but it fell through. Ryan and Megan recommended Kristen at Norcom and the whole process went extremely smooth and even got a lower rate then we originally going to get. Will definitely recommend them and work with them in the future if we ever look for something new.

I can’t even begin to say how great my experience with Ryan and Megan was. They sold my home in less than 1 day and helped me with a purchase as well. They were always available to me no matter what time of day. I felt like their only client and their most important client. Ryan’s ability to negotiate in the best interest of his client is by far something everyone should experience. I was included in every aspect of the sale and purchase of my new home. I recently told Ryan I almost want to sell my current home just so I can work with them again. Selling a home is always stressful. Ryan and Megan took away the stress making it a very positive experience.

Ryan and Megan were the best to work with I found my dream home because of them. There generation and knowledge of the current times and the knowledge of the ever changing market helped me so much. Also how they care about the personal side of the businnes is key. They made us feel like they truly care and it's not all about the sale..i have recommended them to any one I know looking for a house.
