Susanne Moser put me in house that i vision of sometimes i thought Susanne Moser read my mind at times and Susanne Moser made it happen for my family anybody i know i will be referrling them to my reality Susanne Moser a caring,helpful than your realize,outstanding, motivation,positive-thoughts i can say much more about her but until u meet then u will understand thanks so much for everything u have done

We are about to become happy homeowners THANKS to a TREASURE of Century 21 office Susanne Moser and Alterra Home Loans Mr. Tom Oliveira. We were even doubtful this time around that we were going to partner with an agent and mortgage co. We started our search 3 years ago and ALWAYS were misrepresented by other agents and Mortgage Brokers. A friend of us gave us Susanne’s phone number and immediately I explained to her how disappointed we were in the house hunting purchase and how did we already gave up she immediate apologized for the other agents that misrepresent us. Then she reassured us that she was going to help us and that she will do anything in her power to find us our dream home. Immediately after she connected us with Mr. Tom Oliveira form Alterra Home Loans and he did the same thing apologized first and then explained what our options were and asked questions before even asking for my social security to pull my credit. He was more interested to learn what our needs were and analyze what the problem was and if we can really purchase a home. Then we met in person Susanne, in seeing our first pick it was a Saturday night and late in the day and she didn’t hesitate to contact us and offered us to view the property. To be honest this was a surprise for us. We always had to beg the other agents to view a property. She narrowed down our choices so good that the very first house we saw is our NEW home. She knew exactly what we were looking for. Susanne has an uncanny ability to read her clients. She puts this quality to work exclusively for her clients' interests. By listening to us and our individual taste, she knew before we did which house matched us best.
Her knowledge is incredible. She knows about building construction and quality, or lack thereof.
Susanne and Tom are amazingly responsive. The poor lady is ALWAYS available, and does so without a note of hesitation in her voice. The same goes with Mr. Tom way they go above and beyond for their customers. They give their clients the sense that they really enjoy what they do.
And what hard workers they are!! We can tell that Susanne and Tom ARE in a class of their own with going above and beyond.
But Susanne and Tom are the REAL DEAL !!!!. BEYOND 5 stars * * * * * *
Our hope now is that Susanne and Tom as a SUPER GREAT TEAM!!! Continues working together and making more families happy as mine is right now!

Before working with Susanne, I was in a nightmare of a situation with another realtor for over a year that really did not look at what I wanted and needed. I lost confidence and hope that my family would find a home that we would love. After being so frustrated and down on the whole thought of buying a house I decided to try one more time with another mortgage company and a new realtor. I found a mortgage company that ended up being perfect and with that came the referral to work with Susanne. From the first conversation with Susanne I felt so much relief. I had finally found someone that was looking out for my interests as well as getting my family in a home that would work for us. She was beyond friendly throughout the process and really gave me the support and confidence I needed to get back out there and look for another home. Working with her felt so comfortable and refreshing. She spoke to me as if she had known me for years. I hope to stay in touch with her as her family grows and mine as well. Especially to share how much of an impact she has made in our lives. Thank you so much Susanne for just being who you are, you are one of a kind and I would recommend you to anyone!!
