Home values in Lake Estates have shifted notably in the latest rolling three-month view ending in August 2026, with the typical home value down more than 30 percent from a year ago and the median list price falling by a similar margin. Despite these declines, prices still sit well above the broader Fort Lauderdale median sale price, highlighting the neighborhood’s premium positioning.
