Jill was great from the start and responded 100% of the time within 90 minutes. She represented our interests and gave her expert opinion when we asked for it. She negotiated on our behalf (very well we would add) and most of all it was apparent she TRULY CARED. On the Saturday before we closed she went to the home and sent 30+ pictures & videos so we could start our remodel plans in advance.
