Pending sales have eased by about 4.52 percent compared with last year, signaling slightly softer demand alongside reduced supply.
In March 2026, the typical home value in Cobb County was about $425,000, notably higher than the Georgia average of $375,700. Median list prices reached roughly $475,000, and homes spent a median of 46 days on the market, which is 48.39 percent higher than a year ago even after a sharp month-over-month drop of 34.29 percent.
