Terry Swanson, founder of the Results Team, is a native Atlantan. He began his career in 1992 as an onsite agent for a large national builder. Six years later, with the prestigious accolade of being named the #1 Salesperson for the Atlanta Division of the large builder, he went on to establish Results Realty Services.

The Results Team has since grown from five agents to 259, with a total of 1,600 transactions in 2019, generating $585,000,000 in sales volume. They were recognized as the #6 office in the United States for Century 21 and ranked in the Top 25 Offices in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle from 2012 to 2019. Terry Swanson has also been named one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle's Top 100 Influencers in Atlanta: Building and Real Estate from 2013 to 2015.
