Inventory in Sun Valley has tightened on a rolling three-month basis. Active listings are down nearly 14% from a year ago, even though there are currently 88 homes available. At the same time, homes sold have climbed about 40% year over year, while pending sales are also higher than last year, pointing to stronger contract activity.
