Sandwich had 6 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 20—down 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.

Of those 20 active listings, 35.0% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Sandwich fell 15.0% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $340,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
