For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $184,000 in South Bend for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $191,000 in August.

Southeast South Bend had 7 new listings and 11 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 3—down 57.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.

The median listing price for homes in Southeast South Bend grew 11.04% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $149,900. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to grow.
