Inventory in Wexford County has expanded, with active listings up nearly 19% from last year and sitting at 258 homes in September. At the same time, new listings climbed more than 23% year over year even though they pulled back from August, while pending sales were roughly flat compared with a year ago, suggesting buyer interest is holding steady but not surging.

Even with this cooling, Wexford County is still classified as a seller’s market, but the balance is moving toward buyers as inventory builds and sales volumes fall more than 26% from last year.
