What can I say about my experience with Dustin Davidson from Coldwell Banker Realty, the good and bad? Here it is. The good is he is a driven, goal minded, put into action realtor with your best intentions. I say this being someone who is quite suspicious of many peoples motives usually. His actions matched his words and the results in followed. The only bad I have for this review is is... He is badass! Vee sold our home in 5 days!!! Yes 5 days folks. Talk about pricing it right and doing your homework. Badass.

Definitely a five star integrity and no BS our house was on the market for one week and then it sold. Dustin went out of his way to answer the questions that we didn’t have answers to very helpful in getting things done so we could get moved out in such a short time. Our family used Dustin for purchasing a home for my parents. He exceeded all expectations we have of a realtor.
The knowledge of construction, housing and the value in the area is all top notch.
1 thing that really stood out was nothing was a inconvenience or too much work for him, he would take notes of questions, concerns and wishes and would have the answers very quickly.
Dustin seems to know what is available for homes and what the current market has.
He handled everything from the start to closing very professional and made it fun with a great sense of humor.
We trusted him with opinions, quality of construction of homes, what might be a good deal and never once felt like he was just trying to get a deal. Very concerned about getting the right home for us.
