Ruth was an absolute gem! There were a TON of issues with our lender not doing everything he was supposed to be doing, and we almost lost our new house because of it. Ruth saved us, though. She went above and beyond, dotting every i and crossing every t that our lender missed, basically doing double duty, her realtor duties and a lot of lender duties. In addition to working everything to help us buy, she also helped us sell our old home in a timely manner, pulling out the red carpet for prospective buyers at open houses. We will be forever grateful for the insanity Ruth went through on her end to make sure everything worked out for us and our new home.

We were the sellers in a transaction where the buyer was represented by this agent. On the scheduled day of closing, after the sellers had already driven several hours to sign, we were informed via text that the buyer would not be proceeding with the closing. This was through no fault of the sellers.
Multiple attempts to reach the agent throughout the day went unanswered, and communication did not resume until later that evening regarding the buyer’s earnest money.
The lack of timely communication created unnecessary stress and disruption during the transaction. This feedback is shared in the hope that communication and coordination can be improved in future transactions.
