Marshall had 16 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in September, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 19—up 46.15% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in October.

Of those 19 active listings, 26.32% reduced their price in the month of September. The median listing price for homes in Marshall grew 19.74% from August to September, bringing the current median listing price to $227,500. Based on projected data for October, listing prices may continue to grow.
