New listings also jumped more than 38 percent month over month, signaling more homeowners are testing the market. The median days on market has eased down to around five weeks compared with March, and months of supply has slipped below three months, leaner than the roughly three months seen statewide in Missouri. About 41 percent of homes go off the market within two weeks, so buyers need to be prepared to move quickly when they find the right home.
