Inventory in The Pueblo has edged up in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up slightly year over year while new listings have slipped. Contract activity is mixed, as homes sold have risen compared with a year ago but pending sales are down more than a quarter over the same period, suggesting slower deal flow ahead.
Pricing has adjusted notably over the past year, with the typical home value down more than 30 percent and the median list price lower by more than 20 percent year over year.
