Pricing is adjusting to this shift, as the median list price moved down to roughly $420,000 in March, a 14.28% decline from the prior month, while typical home values climbed to about $427,000 and are projected to reach $452,000 in April. Compared with Las Vegas overall, where typical values sit closer to $448,000 and have slipped 2.07% year over year, The Pueblo is holding stronger on value while still offering some list-price flexibility.
