I need to be clear about my feeling on real estate agents-I don’t like them, at all. I need to share my new found appreciation for this one specifically. This is the 4th home for me. Evan had been incredibly accommodating, always available with notice. He knew what I was looking for and understood my needs. Evan felt like my young brother, always telling me what he thought would be good as well as no good for me. Often checking homes prior to wasting our valuable time. After over a year, yes a year, he never pressured me to bid on anything !! He wasn’t even disappointed when I threw in the towel on 2 homes. If I needed another agent, I most certainly would give this gentleman a call. You will not be disappointed !!!

I can’t say enough good things about Evan. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, very responsive, and was all around great throughout the entire process. I had lots of questions for him, and he always had or found answers for me in a timely manner. He walked me through the entire home buying process. And he still continues to be helpful even after my closing. I highly recommend Evan. He was the best!

We were so lucky to get Evan at a house we went to see! He is just fantastic! We were only going to be in the area on weekends and Evan made himself available to see as many houses as we could.
